What happened

I engaged Black Lion Services L.L.C-FZ for a paid business arrangement and, following the company's own payment instructions, sent it US$15,000 by international bank wire. After the money landed, nothing was delivered. The company's listed director, Sarkis Karagesjan, went silent — no work, no refund, no explanation, and no reply to my messages.

Put plainly: I paid US$15,000 and he ran off with the money. I have made repeated attempts to reach him and resolve this; to date there has been no response and the funds have not been returned.

What I am asking for

A straightforward resolution: a full response explaining what happened and a refund of the US$15,000. I would genuinely prefer to settle this directly, and I will update or remove this account once it is resolved.

Steps I am prepared to take

If this is not resolved, I intend to pursue every lawful option available to me:

  • A formal complaint to Meydan Free Zone, the company's licensing authority
  • A report to the UAE Central Bank and the beneficiary bank's fraud unit
  • A report to Dubai Police (eCrime) and, as a cross-border wire matter, to the FBI's IC3
  • A civil claim to recover the funds
  • A continued, factual public account of my experience

My opinion

I paid in full. Nothing was delivered. There has been no refund, no explanation, and no reply despite repeated attempts to reach him. Based on that, it is my honest opinion that no one should send money to Black Lion Services L.L.C-FZ or Sarkis Karagesjan without ironclad protections in place, and that anyone currently dealing with them should be extremely careful. I am sharing my experience so the next person can decide with their eyes open.
